Terms and Conditions:
This Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) applies to all participants (Participant”) engaging in any events, services, performances, or experiences hosted or facilitated by Asia’s Closet Angels and/or BMikeRob (“Company”). By purchasing your tickets, services or registering as an attendee, you agree to the following terms
All Sales are Final: All purchases made for events or services are nonrefundable. Once a transaction is completed, the sale is considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Not attending the event will automatically forfeit all participation fees paid.
Event Date and Location Changes: The company reserves the right to modify the date, time, or location of any scheduled event if needed, including changes due to logistical factors, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the company's control. In the event of a date or location change, all participants agree to attend the rescheduled or relocated event. Participants waive the right to any refunds or monetary reimbursement due to these changes. Instead, participants will receive an event credit equal to the original purchase price, valid for the company's events within one year from the date of issuance.
Event Credit: Should rescheduling or relocation prevent a Participant from attending, an Event Credit equal to the original purchase price will be provided. Event credits are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver: Participants agree to assume all risks associated with attending the event. The company is not responsible for any damages to personal property, injuries, or medical expenses resulting from accidents, physical activities, or any injuries occurring before, during, or after the visit. By participating, all parties waive any claim against the company and its affiliates for property damage, bodily harm, or medical costs.
Acceptance of Terms: By completing the purchase and/or registration to participate and/ or attend the event, all parties agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement, including that all sales are final and that the only form of compensation for schedule or venue changes is an Event Credit.
Performing Artists: The Performing Artists agree to perform music that meets the following requirements:
Additional terms: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Disputes arising from it should be resolved in the courts of Georgia. By purchasing and/ or registering to be part of our event, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
